| Aim - To determine the
internal resistance of a cell. |

- Measure the e.m.f. of the cell
|
- Click on the red buttoned switch to close the switch. The variable resistor is set
at its largest resistance.
|
- Record the readings on the ammeter and voltmeter.
|
- Click on the variable resistor to decrease its resistance.
|
- Take a range of readings.
|
- For each pair of readings determine the lost volts.
|
- Use an appropriate format to determine the internal resistance of the cell.
