Aim
- To calculate the average force exerted by a club on a golf ball

Instructions |
- Note the mass and diameter of the golf ball
|
- Release the club to strike the ball
|
- Note the time of contact, t, between the club and the ball
|
- Note the time taken for the ball to pass through the light beam
|
- Calculate the velocity, v, of the ball after being struck by
the club
|
- Use the equation Ft = mv - mu to calculate the average force
exerted on the ball
